Noélie RIME studied at the University of Geneva. She holds a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Law awarded in 2017 and 2020. In the course of her Master’s degree, she completed an academic research internship in family law, under the supervision of the Prof. Papaux van Delden. Furthermore, she obtained the Certificate in Transnational Law and the Certificate of advanced studies in legal professions in 2018 and 2019.
In parallel, Noélie RIME worked as a legal and administrative assistant at a local private bank and volunteered as a paralegal in a legal advice service.
She joined the Law Firm as a trainee lawyer in October 2020.
Of French mother tongue, she also has good knowledge of English, German and Italian.

Clara WEILL est titulaire d’un Bachelor en droit décerné en 2017 par l’Université de Fribourg. Pendant sa deuxième année, elle a participé au Swiss Moot Court ; son équipe étant arrivée à la deuxième place de la phase finale.
Elle est également titulaire d’une Maîtrise universitaire en droit et économie, décernée en 2019 par l’Université de Lausanne. Au cours de ses études, elle a effectué plusieurs stages auprès de cabinets d’avocats spécialisés notamment en propriété intellectuelle, en Suisse et en Roumanie. En outre, elle a obtenu le certificat de spécialisation en matière d’avocature en juin 2019.
Elle a rejoint l’Etude en tant qu’avocate-stagiaire en janvier 2020.

Clara WEILL holds a Bachelor in Law awarded by the University of Fribourg in 2017. During her second year, she participated in the Swiss Moot Court, in which her team reached the second place in the final phase.
She also holds a Master in Law and Economics awarded by the University of Lausanne in 2019. In the course of her studies, she completed some internships within law firms, notably specialized in intellectual property, in Switzerland and Romania. Furthermore, she obtained the Certificate of Advanced Studies in Legal Profession in June 2019.

Serge PATEK est juge assesseur auprès de la Chambre des baux et loyers de la Cour de Justice de Genève depuis 2008 après avoir été juge assesseur auprès du Tribunal des baux et loyers de Genève de 2001 à 2008.
Il enseigne le droit du bail à loyer ainsi que le droits des contrats auprès de l’Union Suisse des Professionnels de l’Immobilier (USPI) et
intervient également comme expert pour les examens de brevet de gérant d’immeuble et de courtier en immobilier.
Serge PATEK est conseiller municipal de la Commune de Veyrier depuis 2008 et a présidé le Conseil municipal de cette Commune en 2012-2013. Il a également siégé au Bureau directeur du Parti Libéral Genevois pendant plusieurs années
He is active in all areas of property law, in particular with respect to leases, construction, rights in immovable property, co-ownership law and administrative law, as well as contract law (including employment and service contracts) and debt collection and bankruptcy law.
He practises mainly in the cantons of Geneva and Vaud, but also in the other French-speaking cantons.
Serge PATEK has been Associate Judge at the Chamber of Leases and Rents of the Geneva Court of Justice since 2008 after serving as Associate Judge at the Geneva Court of Leases and Rents from 2001 to 2008.
He teaches lease and rent law as well as contract law at the Swiss Union of Real Estate Professionals (USPI) and also works as an expert for the examinations set for property manager and real estate broker licences.
Serge PATEK has been a municipal councillor of the Commune of Veyrier since 2008 and chaired the Veyrier Municipal Council in 2012-2013. He also sat for several years on the Managing Board of the Geneva Liberal Party.
In addition Thomas BARTH was a member of the managing Committee of the PLR Geneva from 2012 to 2015. He is the former chairman and co-founder of the Association of Young Magistrates of Geneva (AJMG), a former member of the Board of the Intercommunal Fund, the Board of the University of Geneva and the Board of Trustees of the Cité Universitaire of Geneva.
Alexia WASSMER holds a Bachelors degree awarded by the University of Geneva in July 2013, as well as a Master’s in Law from the same University in 2015.
