Jessica FELICIANO holds a Bachelor of Laws delivered from the University of Coimbra in 2017 and a Bachelor of Laws awarded from the University of Geneva in 2019.
Furthermore, she completed a Master’s degree in Law delivered from the University of Geneva in 2021 and the same year she obtained her Certificate of advanced studies in legal professions.
She joined the Law Firm as a trainee lawyer in October 2022.
She is a native speaker of French and Portuguese and also has a good knowledge of English and Spanish.
Coralie DORTHE studied in Fribourg, Leuven and Geneva. She graduated from the University of Fribourg in 2019 with a bilingual (French-German) Bachelor of Law, a major in European law as well as the mention utriusque iuris. She then continued her studies with a Master’s degree (Magna cum laude) at the same university and concluded her curricula with an academic exchange in Belgium at the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven.
In July 2021, she completed her studies by obtaining the Certificate of Advanced Studies in Legal Professions from the University of Geneva.
Before joining the firm, she worked as a legal trainee for the State of Fribourg, in the Department of construction and land use planning. Since 2020, she also works as a graduate assistant at the Law Faculty of UniDistance.
In parallel to her studies, she has also been involved in the associative world, in particular within the Committee of the Fribourg Law Students Association (Fachschaft JUS) and the Editorial Board of the legal review Quid? Fribourg Law Review.
In May 2022, she was elected as a member of the Geneva Young Bar Committee.
Her mother tongues are French and Swiss German. She also has a very good command of English and Spanish.

Mélanie LOPES DE BRITO holds a Bachelor’s degree in law and a Master’s degree in civil and criminal law from the University of Geneva, awarded in 2019 and 2021.
In parallel to her studies, she worked as a legal consultant for the Junior Entreprise Geneva association.
Then, she worked as a legal and administrative assistant in a law firm.
After obtaining the Certificate of Specialisation in Law in July 2021, she joined the firm as a trainee lawyer on 1 August 2022.
Her mother tongues are French and Portuguese.
Soraya Lopez holds a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in law from the University of Geneva, awarded in 2018 and 2020.
In parallel to her studies, she worked as a volunteer lawyer at the Permanence juridique des étudiants.
During her Master’s degree, she spent a semester at the University of Valencia, in Spain. In addition, she completed a one-semester academic internship in a Geneva law firm, where she was subsequently hired as a legal and administrative assistant during her studies at the Law School.
After obtaining the Certificate of Specialisation in Law in September 2020, she joined the firm as a trainee lawyer in May 2021.

Serge Patek, born in 1968, completed all his studies in Geneva and obtained his law degree in 1996.
After practicing for more than 10 years in the real estate field, Serge Patek partnered with Mr. Thomas Barth in 2007.
He advises and assists both swiss and foreign, private and institutional clients, in particular in the judicial field
His usual activity takes place in the Canton of Geneva, as well as in the Canton of Vaud (Nyon, Lausanne, East Vaud and North Vaud), Valais and at the Federal Court.

Thomas Barth, born in 1975, completed his school and university studies in Geneva and was admitted to the Bar in 2001.
He started working as an independent lawyer, then as a partner in a major law firm in Geneva, before opening his own law firm in 2006. Mr. Serge Patek joined him in 2007.
