Thanks to the personal background and experience of its partners and staff, BARTH Avocats is often called upon to handle files related to administrative law. Representing public authorities and officials (communal and cantonal) is part of our daily work. Similarly we handle all disputes of a public character, as well as questions relating to foreign nationals, in particular problems concerning work permits and the acquisition of Swiss nationality.

Shelly PFISTER holds a Bachelor of Laws, a Master’s degree in Economic Law, as well as a Certificate in Transnational Law from the University of Geneva, obtained in 2023 and 2025.
Rozenn TOGGWYLER holds a bachelor’s degree in law from the University of Lausanne and a master’s degree in law from the University of Fribourg. In July 2025, she completed the Certificat de spécialisation en matière d’avocat, awarded by the University of Geneva.
