Lola NEVECERAL holds a Bachelor’s degree in law, awarded in 2019 by the University of Lausanne, as well as a Master’s degree in law (Magna cum laude), obtained in February 2021 from the same University.
In parallel to her studies, she worked as a legal and administrative assistant in a law firm. She also worked as a lawyer at the Cantonal Medical Office and as an ad hoc clerk at the Juvenile Court in Lausanne.
After obtaining the Certificate of Specialisation in Lawyers in July 2021, she continued her academic training at the University of Paris-Panthéon-Assas and completed a Master’s degree in International Business Law (LL.M.).
She joined the firm as a trainee lawyer on 1 December 2022.
A native French speaker, she also has a good knowledge of English and Italian.
Maria PUOPOLO holds a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in law delivered from the University of Geneva, awarded in 2019 and 2021.
In parallel to her studies, she worked as a receptionist and legal assistant for an international arbitration law firm.
After obtaining the Certificate of advanced studies in legal professions in July 2021, she worked as clerk and then as trainee lawyer in the Cour of Justice of Geneva.
She joined the firm as a trainee lawyer in February 2023.
She is a native speaker of Italian and French, and has good knowledge of Spanish and English.
Mélanie LOPES DE BRITO holds a Bachelor’s degree in law and a Master’s degree in civil and criminal law from the University of Geneva, awarded in 2019 and 2021.
In parallel to her studies, she worked as a legal consultant for the Junior Entreprise Geneva association.
Then, she worked as a legal and administrative assistant in a law firm.
After obtaining the Certificate of Specialisation in Law in July 2021, she joined the firm as a trainee lawyer on 1 August 2022.
Her mother tongues are French and Portuguese.
Serge Patek, born in 1968, completed all his studies in Geneva and obtained his law degree in 1996.
After practicing for more than 10 years in the real estate field, Serge Patek partnered with Mr. Thomas Barth in 2007.
He advises and assists both swiss and foreign, private and institutional clients, in particular in the judicial field

Thomas Barth, born in 1975, completed his school and university studies in Geneva and was admitted to the Bar in 2001.
He started working as an independent lawyer, then as a partner in a major law firm in Geneva, before opening his own law firm in 2006. Mr. Serge Patek joined him in 2007.
