Barth & Patek handles disputes with respect to labour law, whether in conducting negotiations or managing procedures, especially before the Tribunal des prud’hommes (labour Tribunal) or the specialised courts (in particular those of the international organisations). We are at the disposal of both employers and employees. We also handle – in strict confidence – cases of psychological (bullying) or sexual harassment.

Lola NEVECERAL holds a Bachelor’s degree in law, awarded in 2019 by the University of Lausanne, as well as a Master’s degree in law (Magna cum laude), obtained in February 2021 from the same University.
Mélanie LOPES DE BRITO holds a Bachelor’s degree in law and a Master’s degree in civil and criminal law from the University of Geneva, awarded in 2019 and 2021.
