Barth & Patek acts in cases of national and international arbitration, in a broad range of activity sectors. We have considerable experience in the matter. We regularly assist parties as advisors and are also frequently called upon, as sole arbitrator or member of an arbitration tribunal, to rule on commercial disputes, in particular under the aegis of International arbitration courts. In this respect our working languages are French and English.

Lola NEVECERAL holds a Bachelor’s degree in law, awarded in 2019 by the University of Lausanne, as well as a Master’s degree in law (Magna cum laude), obtained in February 2021 from the same University.
Mélanie LOPES DE BRITO holds a Bachelor’s degree in law and a Master’s degree in civil and criminal law from the University of Geneva, awarded in 2019 and 2021.
