BARTH Avocats acts in cases of national and international arbitration, in a broad range of activity sectors. We have considerable experience in the matter. We regularly assist parties as advisors and are also frequently called upon, as sole arbitrator or member of an arbitration tribunal, to rule on commercial disputes, in particular under the aegis of International arbitration courts. In this respect our working languages are French and English.

Shelly PFISTER holds a Bachelor of Laws, a Master’s degree in Economic Law, as well as a Certificate in Transnational Law from the University of Geneva, obtained in 2023 and 2025.
Rozenn TOGGWYLER holds a bachelor’s degree in law from the University of Lausanne and a master’s degree in law from the University of Fribourg. In July 2025, she completed the Certificat de spécialisation en matière d’avocat, awarded by the University of Geneva.
