Thanks to the personal background and experience of its partners and staff, Barth & Patek is often called upon to handle files related to administrative law. Representing public authorities and officials (communal and cantonal) is part of our daily work. Similarly we handle all disputes of a public character, as well as questions relating to foreign nationals, in particular problems concerning work permits and the acquisition of Swiss nationality.

Lola NEVECERAL holds a Bachelor’s degree in law, awarded in 2019 by the University of Lausanne, as well as a Master’s degree in law (Magna cum laude), obtained in February 2021 from the same University.
Mélanie LOPES DE BRITO holds a Bachelor’s degree in law and a Master’s degree in civil and criminal law from the University of Geneva, awarded in 2019 and 2021.
