BARTH Avocats handles disputes with respect to labour law, whether in conducting negotiations or managing procedures, especially before the Tribunal des prud’hommes (labour Tribunal) or the specialised courts (in particular those of the international organisations). We are at the disposal of both employers and employees. We also handle – in strict confidence – cases of psychological (bullying) or sexual harassment.

Shelly PFISTER holds a Bachelor of Laws, a Master’s degree in Economic Law, as well as a Certificate in Transnational Law from the University of Geneva, obtained in 2023 and 2025.
Rozenn TOGGWYLER holds a bachelor’s degree in law from the University of Lausanne and a master’s degree in law from the University of Fribourg. In July 2025, she completed the Certificat de spécialisation en matière d’avocat, awarded by the University of Geneva.
