Shelly PFISTER holds a Bachelor of Laws, a Master’s degree in Economic Law, as well as a Certificate in Transnational Law from the University of Geneva, obtained in 2023 and 2025.
After completing the Certificat de spécialisation en matière d’avocat in August 2026, she joined the firm as a trainee lawyer on 1st September 2026.
She’s a native French speaker, and she is also fluent in English and Portuguese.
Thomas Barth, born in 1975, completed his school and university studies in Geneva and was admitted to the Bar in 2001.
He started working as an independent lawyer, then as a partner in a major law firm in Geneva, before opening his own law firm in 2006.

He also practices international arbitration in commercial matters, as lawyer, as arbitrator or as president of an arbitral tribunal.
His usual activity takes place in the Canton of Geneva, as well as in the Canton of Vaud (Nyon, Lausanne, East Vaud and North Vaud), Valais and at the Federal Court.
Thomas Barth is also a deputy judge at the Geneva Criminal Court since 2011.
He was municipal councilor of the city of Veyrier from 1999 to 2007 and then Mayor (and administrative councilor) of this municipality from 2007 to 2015.
Rozenn TOGGWYLER holds a bachelor’s degree in law from the University of Lausanne and a master’s degree in law from the University of Fribourg. In July 2025, she completed the Certificat de spécialisation en matière d’avocat, awarded by the University of Geneva.
She then completed an internship at the Sentence Enforcement Authority of the Canton of Geneva.
She joined the firm in July 2026 as a lawyer trainee.
While her native language is French, she is also bilingual in English and has a working knowledge of German.
